One Divine Source
Taking over a two-sided marketplace and keeping it shipping
In November 2025 I took over One Divine Source, a spiritual-guidance marketplace, from a previous agency, and have shipped new features every month since.

The brief
One Divine Source connects people with spiritual advisors for live readings, paid for with credits. When I took it over from the agency that built it, the platform was live and earning, so the job was to learn a large codebase quickly and keep shipping without breaking what already worked.
What I built
- A forum and a blog with revision history.
- Credits, intro offers and a loyalty program, on top of Stripe Connect and PayPal payouts to advisors.
- Advisor onboarding and contracts, plus an admin area for the team.
- Identity verification for advisors.
- Live chat and missed-call handling with Pusher.
- Builder.io pages the team can edit without a developer.
Where it stands
The marketplace is live, and I'm still its lead developer, shipping new features every month.
