San Francisco Bay Area
A web app and Shopify developer in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I’m Luna, and I run Blue Nebula from Daly City. I build SaaS products, marketplaces, AI features and Shopify stores for founders and brands around the Bay Area and across the US.

In short
Blue Nebula is a one-person web development studio in Daly City, California. I build custom web apps, SaaS products, marketplaces and Shopify stores for Bay Area companies, and take over apps that other teams or AI tools left unfinished. Every project is remote: we meet over video, and you see the work every week.
Where I work
- San Francisco
- The Peninsula
- The South Bay
- The East Bay
Plus clients anywhere in the US. Being in the Bay Area mostly means we share a time zone; everything else works the same wherever you are.
How a remote project runs
Calls happen over video, and email is the fastest way to reach me in between. Nothing is billed until you’ve agreed to a written, fixed price.
Step 01
Discover
A call about what you need, then a written scope with a fixed price.
Step 02
Design
Wireframes or a clickable prototype you review before any code is written.
Step 03
Build
I build in small pieces and send a preview link every week, so you can try each feature as it lands.
Step 04
Launch & grow
After launch I watch for errors and keep improving the product. Several clients have stayed on for two to three years.
What I build

Common questions
Something else on your mind? Email mail@bluenebula.dev.
Do you meet clients in person?
No. I’m based in Daly City, but every project runs remotely. We meet over video, and I send a preview link every week so you can try the work as it’s built.
Which parts of the Bay Area do you work with?
All of it: San Francisco, the Peninsula, the South Bay and the East Bay. Because the work is remote, I also work with clients across the US.
Why hire a Bay Area developer if the work is remote?
Mostly the time zone. We keep the same working hours, so calls are easy to schedule and launches happen while your team is online.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Custom web apps and SaaS products, Shopify and headless stores, AI features for a product you already have, and takeovers of apps that another team or an AI tool started.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. Every project starts with a free estimate and a written, fixed price, so you know the cost before any work begins.
