Web app, Shopify and AI development

Four kinds of projects, each designed and built by me. Plenty of projects cover two: Grubby AI is a web app with AI features, and Cypress Clothiers is a Shopify store with a custom Next.js front end.

How a project runs

The same four steps for every service. You approve a written plan before any work starts, then get a preview link every week.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

A call about what you need, then a written scope with a fixed price.

  2. Step 02

    Design

Wireframes or a clickable prototype you review before any code is written.

  3. Step 03

    Build

I build in small pieces and send a preview link every week, so you can try each feature as it lands.

  4. Step 04

    Launch & grow

After launch I watch for errors and keep improving the product. Several clients have stayed on for two to three years.

Ways to work together

Project build

A defined scope at a fixed price, agreed before work starts.

Rescue sprint

An audit of the code you inherited, then a focused sprint to make it stable.

Ongoing partner

A monthly retainer for new features and fixes after launch.

Pricing and timelines

Every project starts with a free estimate. After a call, you get a written scope with a fixed price and a timeline, so you know the cost before any work begins.

ServiceTypical timelineThe price depends most on
Web app & SaaS development4–8 weeks for a first versionHow many kinds of users there are, and what each of them can see and do.
Shopify & headless commerce3–6 weeksTheme or headless: a custom theme is less work to build and to maintain.
AI features & integrations2–4 weeksHow clean and reachable your data is. Answers can only be as good as what the model is given.
App rescue & takeoversAn audit in 1–2 weeksHow large the codebase is, and how many outside services it depends on.
Luna was impressively clear and organized in communicating the amount of work that would be required. With previous contractors, we have felt that the work was a mystery… This was not the case with Luna! We jumped up in google rankings overnight with the new website.

Common questions

Each service page has its own questions too. Anything else, email mail@bluenebula.dev.

Which service do I need?

If you’re not sure, send a few lines about what you’re trying to do and I’ll tell you which approach fits, including when something simpler would do the job. Plenty of projects mix two, such as a web app with AI features or a Shopify store with a custom front end.

How do you price projects?

Every project gets a free estimate and a written, fixed price before any work starts. Ongoing work after launch can run on a monthly retainer.

What should I send you to get started?

A few lines about the product, where it is today and when you’d like it done. If something is already built, a link, screenshots or access to the code help me give you a better estimate.

Tell me what you’re building.

Email is the fastest way to reach me, and I usually reply within a day. Or use the form, and I’ll get back to you the same way.
